Creating dedicated support systems for women business leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs is important to closing the gender gaps that many women face. The StarTUp at the Armory’s partnership with Monument Women’s Creative Alliance (MWCA), which supports women creatives by cultivating a community that enables connection, inspiration and education. This partnership allows the MWCA community to gain access to many of Towson University’s resources, such as leadership development and entrepreneurship opportunities. And, the StarTUp team is thrilled to expose the TU and StarTUp community to the networking opportunities MWCA events offer, including these upcoming events.

Level Up How You Show Up, Thursday, April 11, 5:30 p.m.
On April 11, we will host our second event with MWCA. Level Up How You Show Up will teach you how to transform your professional style with executive image consultant Robin Fisher. She will introduce us to the POLISHED ID Method™—a step-by-step solution that transforms and empowers participants with an authentic, professional, and polished image and style. As Robin once said, “a polished personal image and style has the power to propel a professional’s career to the next level as they conduct business confidently, knowing they are looking the part!”
