The StarTUp at the Armory hosted its second panel of the 2025-2026 ATHENAPowerLink® Baltimore Women in Business Speaker Series with a discussion featuring leaders of local consumer packaged goods companies. The panelists included:

- Brittany Wight, founder and co-owner of Wight Tea Company
- BG Purcell, founder and CEO of Mouth Party Caramel
- Moderator: Savannah Mitchell, founder and owner of Sunday Morning Coffee
Each shared unique stories to their personal and business success. All agreed that building relationships, developing strong brands and building up a community around them helped to make their businesses stronger.
